2. AI Valuation Tool

Our AI jewelry valuation platform provides estimated fair market value ranges based on AI analysis of submitted photographs and our proprietary transaction database. Valuations are estimates only and do not constitute a professional appraisal, offer to purchase, or guarantee of value. Actual market prices may vary. Silkman Solutions bears no liability for decisions made on the basis of AI-generated valuations.

3. Intellectual Property

“Silkman”, “Silkman Solutions”, “B2cJewels.com”, “GoldKindBuyers”, and “SilkmanLLC” are trademarks of Silkman Solutions. Our AI valuation technology is patent-pending (USPTO 2025). Unauthorized reproduction, reverse engineering, or commercial use of our technology is prohibited.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use our services to submit false information, attempt to reverse-engineer our AI models, scrape our website, or engage in any activity that disrupts or harms our platform. Commercial use of our AI valuation API requires a separate enterprise license agreement.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Silkman Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including reliance on AI-generated valuations.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New York County, New York.

7. Changes to Terms
